<div><p>Responsible for selling products to achieve sales targets in terms of quantity and value whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction</p><ul><li>Responsible for achieving individual sales targets (unit sales, revenue and gross profit).</li></ul><h3>Market Leadership</h3><ul><li>Execute agreed business plan, to ensure the company achieves its sales and market share targets.</li></ul><h3>Customer</h3><ul><li>Develop a good knowledge of customers’ needs and buying behaviors in order to support customers and provide them with the appropriate solution.</li><li>Attend to customer concerns/ problems and ensure that they are resolved amicably, in timely and professional manner.</li><li>Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all customers</li><li>Create product awareness and arrange/ conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations to improve sales opportunities and deals closure.</li></ul><h3>Competitors Insight</h3><ul><li>Keep updated on competitors activities, and provides timely feedback to Manager to support development of marketing strategy</li></ul><h3>Business planning&budgeting</h3><ul><li>Develop with sales manager individual sales plan (unit sales, revenue, gross profit, participation, closure, etc.)</li></ul><h3>Operational excellence-Sales Operations</h3><ul><li>Use the CRM system to create/manage activities, business opportunities, as per CRM business rules and conventions.</li><li>Ensure the quality and timeliness of quoting, invoicing, and product delivery.</li><li>Develop with the Sales Manager individual call plan and ensures its timely execution.</li><li>Complete the “won” and “lost” sales reports in timely manner, and ensures data quality.</li><li>Provide to the Sales Manager periodical reports to apprise him on business environment.</li><li>Keep up to date with new products, and support department on NPI activities.</li><li>Sell Integrated Solutions (New product Plus CSAs, Options, etc.) and meet targets</li><li>Assist the Accounts Department in collection of receivables where needed.</li><li>Initiate TPRs and SPARs for special pricing assistance.</li><li>Assist in planning and managing participation in trade shows and exhibitions to maximize market coverage.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely update of DBS customer database (Customer&Machines data)</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering;</li><li>2-3 years relevant experience in Material Handling is preferred.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
