This role sits at the center of our customer engagements, partnering closely with sales, enabling partners, and guiding enterprise customers through complex security transformations.If you enjoy solving real customer problems, influencing technical decisions, and winning strategic deals, this role is for you.What You Will DoSupport sales efforts to achieve and exceed revenue targetsLead technical discussions with enterprise customers to understand requirements and map them to Forcepoint solutions (data protection, cloud security, email security, AI security, web security, network security)Deliver technical presentations, solution demos, architecture workshops, and whiteboarding sessions for both technical and executive stakeholdersProvide pre‑sales engineering support, solution design, and security architecture consultingDesign and support PoCs, pilots, and production evaluations in customer environmentsWork with customers, partners, and internal teams to design integrations across cloud and on‑prem infrastructuresCollaborate with sales teams to develop technical win strategies and competitive positioningContribute to RFI/RFP responses, including architecture diagrams and technical documentationBuild and maintain demo environments and lab infrastructures for cloud‑native security use casesAct as a technical representative in customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry eventsProvide structured feedback to product and engineering teams on customer needs and market trendsWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in pre‑sales, solution engineering, or security consulting rolesStrong understanding of enterprise security and network architectureHands‑on experience with security platforms such as Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Broadcom (Symantec/Blue Coat), McAfee, or Forcepoint technologiesSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP) and security protocols (TLS/SSL, firewalls, NAT/SNAT)Experience with VPN technologies (IPsec, site‑to‑site VPN, remote access VPNs)Hands‑on experience in integrating and implementing traffic forwarding technologies (ICAP, WCCP, PBR)Knowledge of proxy‑based architectures and secure web gatewaysKnowledge of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and data classifications concepts and technologies is highly desirableExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud / Workspace), including identity, networking, and security servicesUnderstanding of cloud security concepts across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaSFamiliarity with identity and access management (Active Directory, Azure AD, SAML, SSO, SCIM, ADFS)Experience with REST APIs and integration‑driven architectureBasic to intermediate Python scripting for automation or API interactionAbility to write and interpret Regex, PowerShell scriptsExperience with MAC, Linux and Windows environments for troubleshooting and administrationExperience with endpoint management and Win / Apple ecosystem tools (e.g., Jamf)Exposure to Kubernetes/container environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholdersAbility to translate technical security challenges into clear business valueStrong customer‑facing and relationship‑building skillsExperience working with enterprise or government customers in complex sales cycles is preferredWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou understand customer needs, not just technologyYou can simplify complex security topics into clear business valueYou are confident engaging both technical teams and C‑level stakeholdersYou take ownership and proactively drive opportunities forwardYou collaborate effectively and contribute to a strong team cultureTravelAbility to travel within Turkey, UAE, STAN, RoG and the Levant region as requiredKey RequirementsFluent English (written and spoken) is required, with the ability to confidently engage international customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersStrong communication skills with the ability to address both technical and executive audiencesStrong customer engagement and relationship‑building skillsEducationBachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Technology, or a related engineering disciplineRelevant experience in cybersecurity engineering or enterprise security projects is highly valuedWhy Join ForcepointJoin a high‑performing and colla
