Job Title: Sales Engineer – HVAC / MEP (Insulation & Building Materials)Location: Dubai/RAKLanguage Requirement: Arabic & EnglishDriving License: Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive self-motivated and result-oriented Sales Engineer with strong experience in HVAC MEP and insulation/building materials. The role focuses on project sales contractor coordination and achieving sales and margin targets across ongoing and upcoming projects in Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell insulation materials for HVAC MEP and building applications.Manage sales activities related to HVAC and MEP products across assigned territories.Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors consultants and key clients.Conduct regular site visits to ongoing projects to identify and convert new business opportunities.Handle customer enquiries prepare quotations and ensure effective follow-up until order closure.Prepare sales reports forecasts and updated project lists for periodic sales meetings.Monitor market trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and systems.Achieve assigned sales targets and margin objectives through effective planning and execution.Ensure timely coordination with internal teams to support project requirements and customer satisfaction.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electromechanical Engineering.3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in insulation materials HVAC MEP or building materials.Mandatory experience working with MEP contractors and consultants in Saudi Arabia.Strong understanding of project-based sales within the construction industry.Skills & CompetenciesFluent in Arabic (Preferable); good command of English.Strong communication negotiation and relationship-management skills.Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.RequirementsValid UAE Driving License (mandatory)Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings Required Skills: Engineerr have good communication skills in English. be from Construction industry back ground preferably with sales experience of minimum 2 to 3 years. driving license Mandatory Key Skills Sales Experience,Presentation Skills,OEM,SAAS,Computer Networking,Product Demos,Salesforce,CRM Software,Enterprise Sales,Pre-sales,MPLS,Sales Support Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
