Job SummaryThe incumbent must have 4–10 years of experience in business development or project sales. Individuals with a high energy level and a positive attitude will be able to effectively cover the market, engage with key decision-makers, and drive profitable business growth for the organization.Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate quotes from various sources such as Corporate Houses, Public sector & Private companies, Individuals, Non Government Organisations as a per‑sale activity.Raise quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customer’s requirements / consultants drawings to obtain project cost.Prepare a techno‑commercial offer for submission to customers.Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs.Send the required documents and signed contracts to head office.Coordinate with customer and head office to obtain drawings and dispatch of material.Collect payments and accept letters of credit to complete the jobs.Send sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals.Manage customer relations and provide customer service.Develop new markets.Candidate RequirementsAge below 32 years.4‑10 years’ experience preferably in PEB companies, project selling or construction equipment.Technical knowledge in Civil, Mechanical Engineering and Architecture. Able to read and understand structural drawings.Computer skills: proficient in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.Self‑starter with good communication, people management, negotiation, leadership skills and a go‑getter attitude.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
