Sales Engineer - Controls Systems

What You Will DoThe Sales Engineer – Controls Systems is a key role reporting directly to Sales Manager – Controls, UAE. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role shall emphasize bringing in business through AMC contracts, pull‑through & retrofit jobs, control optimization and digital solution selling to drive the growth of business for the Service Department for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on Controls & Digital solutions.How You Will Do ItCompliance: Adhere to company processes, policies, and compliances.Market Strategy: Differentiate Johnson Controls through market understanding and sales strategies.Customer Engagement: Develop solutions for customer challenges using BMS product portfolio.Business Development: Focus on AMC contracts, retrofit jobs, control optimization, and digital solution selling.Stakeholder Mapping: Identify strategic accounts to grow business within JCI installed base.Collaboration: Work with internal pre‑sales teams to create techno‑commercial solutions.Proposal Preparation: Create technical and commercial proposals for customers and tenders.What We Look ForBachelor’s degree preferably in electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or relevant experience.2-5 years in selling maintenance & service contracts, replacement/upgrade projects focusing on Building management systems.Track Record: Proven ability to maintain and expand accounts by generating new business and pull‑throughs.License: Valid UAE Driving License.Customer focused and ability to build relationship with customers.Organization skills and ability for multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced work environment.Determined, results‑oriented, self‑driven, mature and team‑spirit qualities essential to succeed in a dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
