About the job Sales Engineer (Commercial vehicles)Job briefOne of our clients is in the Automotive industry in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of Sales EngineerYears of Experience: 5 years plusEducational Qualification:BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy baseCompetitive salary including other benefits:Notice Period: Immediate joiners or maximum one-month notice period.We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart, and overachieving Sales Engineer for our client in the Automotive industry.The ideal candidate must have experience in selling Commercial vehicles such as Trucks and Buses or Heavy Equipment.You will be responsible for selling new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and contribution to the overall sales team and business success.ResponsibilitiesSupport sales executives with solution selling into prospect account basePartner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute strategic deals in complex sales cyclesModel the financial business case associated with each sales opportunitySuccessfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutionsCreate and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value propositionManage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responsesEffectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancementsCollect and document competitive intelligenceRequirements and skillsProven work experience as a Sales EngineerProven track record selling complex enterprise solutionsAbility to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executivesAbility to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand mannerSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation and creativity skillsWillingness to travelBA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy baseCommunications:National Service ManagerOwners & Fleets ManagersParts TeamsRegional Workshops ManagersWorkshops Reception areas (Service Advisors)Head of Business Units, whenever requiredKPIsPunctualitySafety and ComplianceDowntime resolving plansWork order managementAny other KPIs agreed upon with the line managerNote: We thank all applicants for their interest however, only those candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
