This role supports customers by understanding their operational requirements and recommending appropriate commercial vehicle solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and profitable business growth.What you will doAchieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining agreed profit marginsConduct regular customer and site visits to understand technical, operational, and commercial requirementsIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territoryProvide technical consultation to customers, recommending suitable commercial vehicle solutionsPresent and demonstrate vehicles, explaining specifications, performance, applications, warranties, and aftersales supportPrepare quotations, technical proposals, and sales orders in line with company policiesSecure deposits and ensure accurate completion of sales documentationMaintain accurate Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and provide regular pipeline updatesEnsure customer overdue balances remain within agreed targetsAttend sales meetings, product training, and technical refresher sessionsMaintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and delivery cycleRequired skills to be successfulStrong technical understanding of commercial vehicles or automotive productsAbility to translate technical specifications into customer‑focused solutionsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong customer relationship management and problem‑solving abilityAbility to work independently in a field‑based sales roleStrong time management, planning, and follow‑up skillsComfortable using CRM systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office toolsResults‑driven mindset in a competitive sales environmentAbout the teamYou will be part of a commercial vehicles sales team that works closely with engineering, aftersales, and operations functions to deliver end‑to‑end solutions for customers.
