We invented the modern air conditioning, and our team of pioneers and innovators have a long trajectory of developing new technologies.Role DetailsRole: Sales Engineer - VRFLocation: RiyadhContract: PermanentRole ResponsibilitiesTo Enhance Market Coverage for VRF in central regionForecasts sales and booking for the monthFollows up the quotation status with the customer, understands the requirements and coordinates with the application engineers to fulfill customer needs.Obtains the factory price by completing formalities and the required documents.Reviews standard sales contracts & reaches agreement with customers (payment, LC, warranty, etc.). Follows approval process.Reviews and submits sales order to factory in coordination with Finance, Purchasing and Logistics.Follows the payment terms guidelines and payment conditions as instructed by the Finance Department and assists in collections.Participates in weekly/monthly meetings for sales review, aging and collection.Reviews and approves the costing sheet and quotation according to the approval matrix.Reviews monthly online backlog report.Attends factory equipment witness tests.Generating inquiries through market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers and dealers.Ensuring customers are periodically updated on the latest software, catalogues and information from Carrier wherever applicable.Creating quotations in-line with the specifications.Performs Technical submittals and clarifications with order finalization in coordination with the sales manager.Ensure proper invoicing is being issued by sales coordinators.Follow up the delivery process with logistics.Follow up the payment & collection terms in coordination with finance department.Minimum Requirements4-6 years of sales experience in the HVAC similar industriesThorough knowledge of the market and A/C, VRF productsExperience in sales for central region of KSABachelor Degree in EngineeringExcellent communication and inter-personal skillsTeam player, excellent negotiations and Computer skillsProficiency in English and ArabicThis role is only for Saudi Nationals.What We OfferInternational working environmentCompetitive salaryDrive forward your career through professional development opportunitiesAchieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance ProgrammeYour journey with usInitial call with our sourcing/recruitment teamInterview with the ManagerCarrier is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status, age or any other federally protected class.#J-18808-Ljbffr
