This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with hands‑on experience in automation, BMS, and ELV systems who are looking to advance their careers in a fast‑growing and innovative sector.Location: Dubai, UAEYears of Experience: 3-6 YearsEducation: Engineering degree or equivalentEmployment Type: Full-timeNotice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one‑month notice period.Applicants are requested to apply with their updated resumes and then click the following link to update their details to speed up the process of recruitment.https://www.arbetecareers.com/Candidate-PortalJob DescriptionHere is the list of responsibilities that need to be performed as a Sales engineer:Build and maintain strong relationships with key end‑users in Private, Government, and Semi‑Government sectors, as well as major Engineering Design and Consulting Firms, to influence projects from the early stages.Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification, preparing techno‑commercial offers, and contract negotiations, to ensuring compliance with technical standards, financial exposure, and risk management.Ensure projects are closed with healthy terms and conditions in line with local business guidelines.Demonstrate strong market and domain knowledge in verticals such as Healthcare, Data Centers, Hospitality, Education, Defense, Telecom, and Banking.Conduct impactful technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.Design and propose integrated solutions involving KNX, DALI, BMS, HVAC, and ELV systems.Prepare BOQs, system schematics, technical submittals, and compliance documents.Support the pre‑sales team with quotations and provide technical expertise to close deals.Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.QualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.3-5 years experience in Sales & Solution Development in the UAE, with exposure to Home Automation, Lighting Control, Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS), and Building Management Systems (BMS).Certifications in KNX, DALI, or BMS platforms, ELV (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Honeywell, etc.) are a strong plus.Skilled in delivering technical presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations.Familiarity with MEP drawings, control schematics, and low‑voltage systems.Valid UAE drivers license.Note: We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
