Job Description
Revenue Generation & Business DevelopmentProactively drive bookings and revenue across diverse segments such as wellness retreats, group bookings, brand collaborations and seasonal packages.Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities expanding the property's reach in experiential and eco-conscious travel markets.Sales Strategy & Market InsightDevelop and implement targeted sales strategies that align with the property's unique positioning and market trends.Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and emerging segments.Client Relationship ManagementManage and grow relationships with key partners including DMCs, tour operators, lifestyle brands, wellness curators and corporate clients.Deliver a personalized consultative sales approach to nurture long-term client loyalty and maximize repeat business.Collaboration & Experience IntegrationWork closely with marketing and on-site teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with brand campaigns and guest experience standards.Support the development of unique experience packages that seamlessly combine adventure, wellness and local culture.Sales Reporting & Performance MonitoringTrack and analyse sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimise sales efforts.Provide regular updates and market insights to senior leadership.Qualifications7 years of experience in hospitality sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven success in GCC markets, ideally with time spent based in the region.Background in luxury lifestyle or experiential hospitality.Strong network across corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators and government entities.Arabic language skills are highly valued.Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.Passion for nature, wellness and creating authentic guest experiences.Additional InformationWhats In It for YouLots of opportunity to progress and switch it up as part of a global family of brands.Great healthcare, competitive salary and some nice extra perks across the Ennismore family of brands!Learning opportunities to broaden your skillset and development that helps you think, make and thrive at work.The opportunity to be yourself and collaborate with other bright minds in a relaxed innovative culture.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
