<div><h3>Overview</h3><p><b>Sales Director Middle East&Africa Drones&Intelligent Equipment</b></p><p>Location: Middle East or Africa</p><p>Employment Type: Full-time</p><p>Salary Range:<b>EUR per year</b></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Define and execute the<b>commercial and go-to-market strategy across the Middle East&Africa region</b></p></li><li><p>Manage the<b>full sales cycle</b>including client development, tender participation, negotiations, contract signing and payment collection</p></li><li><p>Build and expand a<b>regional partner ecosystem</b>including distributors, system integrators and strategic partners</p></li><li><p>Develop and lead a<b>regional sales organization (20 people)</b>to support large-scale market expansion</p></li><li><p>Drive<b>government and enterprise-level business development</b>across the region (B2G and B2B)</p></li><li><p>Identify and close<b>large strategic deals and long-term contracts</b></p></li><li><p>Monitor<b>regulatory changes, regional policies and market developments</b>to adapt the commercial strategy</p></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><p><b>10 years of B2B or B2G sales experience in the Middle East&Africa region</b></p></li><li><p>Strong<b>existing network with governments and enterprises across MEA</b></p></li><li><p>Experience in<b>drones, intelligent equipment or industrial technology sectors</b></p></li><li><p>Proven experience managing<b>large sales teams (20 people)</b></p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success closing<b>large-scale strategic deals</b></p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of<b>local business cultures, procurement processes and regulations across MEA</b></p></li><li><p><b>Fluent English and/or Arabic</b>as working languages</p></li></ul><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><ul><li><p>Strategic thinker with strong<b>commercial leadership capabilities</b></p></li><li><p>Highly<b>results-driven and able to perform under pressure</b></p></li><li><p>Capable of<b>mobilizing regional resources to close complex deals</b></p></li><li><p>Agile and responsive to<b>market policy and regulatory changes</b></p></li><li><p><b>Natural leader</b>able to build structure and motivate high-performing regional teams</p></li></ul><p>This role is ideal for a senior commercial leader who can<b>drive market expansion, build strong regional partnerships and lead large-scale business growth across the Middle East and Africa.</b></p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
