Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Export Sales Executive to handle international sales of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as helmets, safety shoes, coveralls, gloves, and related products. The role requires building strong B2B relationships in international markets, especially across GCC, Africa, and other target regions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute export sales strategies for PPE products in assigned international regions (GCC / East Africa / West Africa / Asia, etc.).Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors, trading companies, and industrial clients.Handle inquiries, quotations, pricing negotiations, and follow-ups until closure.Coordinate with internal logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.Monitor competitor activities and market trends in international regions.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and growth KPIs.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably in PPE, industrial supplies, or construction-related products.Strong knowledge of international trade, INCOTERMS, shipping documentation, and payment terms (LC, TT, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to travel internationally when required.Fluency in English (Arabic, French, or African regional languages is a plus).Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Existing client base or market knowledge in GCC, Africa, or Asian countries is highly desirable.BenefitsAttractive basic salary + export sales commissionMobile, laptop, and other necessary tools providedOpportunity to grow in a well-established industrial trading groupPersonal AttributesPresentable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Age: 25-35 years.Resourceful and capable of working independently.RequirementsValid UAE Driving License.Willingness to work in outdoor sales.Knowledge of the PPE market and competitors.CompensationSalary: Depending on the candidate's profile and experienceCommission: As per the company's policy.Department: International SalesLocation: Dubai, UAEReporting To: Sales Manager / Export ManagerSkillsStrong international sales and export market development skillsIn-depth knowledge of PPE products and global compliance standards (CE, FDA, ISO, etc.)Experience handling B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Alibaba, Global Sources, etc.)Ability to generate and convert international leads (out door sales)Excellent negotiation and closing skillsKnowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international payment terms (LC, TT, etc.)Strong understanding of global pricing strategies and competitor analysisDigital marketing awareness for global market penetrationCRM handling and sales pipeline managementStrong communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with target-oriented approachAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood coordination skills with logistics and production teamsMarket research and trend analysis capabilityValid UAE Driving Licence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
