Director of Sales - Middle East & AfricaLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the sales strategy across all projectsSet and monitor sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annually) and growth KPIsDrive sales targets, ensuring sustained growth and profitabilityLead, coach, and manage a high-performance sales organization (sales managers, consultants, channel partners)Engage directly with key clients and strategic partnersCoordinate with marketing, product, design, and operations teams for project launches, client events, branding, and promotional campaignsPresent sales reports, forecasts, challenges, and action plans to senior managementUphold compliance with UAE real estate regulations (RERA, DLD) and internal policy controlsRequirements6+ years of UAE real estate sales experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role at a developerProven success in leadership roles with a track record of hitting aggressive targetsStrong expertise in lead management, training, and target achievementExcellent leadership, communication, and analytical skillsFluency in English; Arabic or other languages are beneficialSeniority LevelDirectorEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionIT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
