Job Description
Job Title: Recruitment Director – Permanent RecruitmentOverviewWe are looking for a commercially driven Associate Director to lead and grow a high‑performing permanent recruitment function. This role combines hands‑on 360 recruitment, aggressive business development, and leadership of an offshore delivery team.You will be accountable for revenue generation, client acquisition, and maximising delivery efficiency through a scalable offshore model.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development (Core Focus)Drive new business acquisition through proactive outreach, networking, and market mappingBuild and convert a strong pipeline of retained and contingent rolesIdentify new markets, verticals, and revenue opportunitiesOwn and deliver against monthly and quarterly billing targets2. 360 Recruitment DeliveryManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle:Client briefingsCandidate sourcing strategyInterview managementOffer negotiation and closeMaintain high standards of candidate and client experienceEnsure consistent fee generation and deal conversion3. Offshore Team LeadershipManage and optimise an offshore delivery team (sourcing / resourcing function)Set clear expectations on:Speed of deliveryProcess adherenceImplement structured workflows between onshore BD and offshore deliveryTrain and upskill offshore team to improve output quality4. Performance & Commercial OwnershipTake full ownership of desk P&L performanceDrive productivity, efficiency, and profitability across the functionTrack and improve key metrics:Time to fillBalance speed vs quality to maximise placement success5. Process & Operational ImprovementRefine recruitment processes to improve scalabilityImplement best practices across BD, delivery, and candidate managementLeverage offshore capability to reduce cost and increase outputContinuously improve systems, reporting, and workflow efficiencyKey RequirementsProven track record in 360 permanent recruitment billingStrong business development ability (not just account management)Experience managing or working with offshore / remote delivery teamsCommercial mindset with a focus on revenue and margin growthAbility to operate both strategically and hands‑onStrong leadership and communication skillsSuccess ProfileYou are:Highly commercial and target‑drivenComfortable owning revenue and being accountable for resultsStrong at opening doors and closing dealsProcess-minded but not bureaucraticAble to build and scale delivery through others (not just do it yourself)CompensationProfit share / revenue share model aligned to performanceHigh earning potential based on billing success and team output#J-18808-Ljbffr
