Sales Development Manager

Job Description Responsibilities: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Sales Development Manager, conducting regular one-on-ones and performance reviews. Create and implement effective inbound/outbound prospecting campaigns, define outreach cadences, and align efforts with overall company sales goals. Performance management, Set and lead quotas, conversion rates, monitor team metrics using tools, analyze data, and report to senior management. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with Marketing to synchronize campaigns and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the Sales team. Continuously improve lead generation, qualification, and nurturing processes for maximum efficiency and pipeline growth.
