Fiery DFEs are installed in a diverse range of industry segments, including commercial print, packaging, signs and display graphics, ceramics, building materials, textiles etc. With over 30 years of excellent support and service, we have presence in 19 countries with 800+ employees.Fiery VisionEnable the printer to produce what the designer imaginedJob OverviewFiery is seeking a highly driven and technically skilled Sales Development Manager with strong Major Account Management experience and technical channel management expertise. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a multi-channel business model, working seamlessly across dealers and partners while engaging directly with end customers. The successful candidate will hold full responsibility for Fiery, Specialty Products, and Fiery XF for Large Format across the territory. A strong technical understanding of Fiery technology and the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesExceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territoryDevelop and manage B2B relationships with partners throughout the regionDesign and implement multi-channel strategies to grow sales and market share for Fiery solutions, including product demonstrations, awareness initiatives, and training programsBuild and maintain strong relationships at all levels within partner and dealer organizations, maximizing collaborative selling opportunitiesCommunicate Fiery product value propositions clearly and persuasively to partners, dealers, and end customersLead Fiery product launches and organize activities including: kick-off events, trainings, trade shows, customer open houses, and technology fairsTrain partner and dealer personnel delivering impactful Fiery product demonstrations.Develop and execute sales-driving programs, campaigns, and promotions using creativity and business acumenEngage directly with end customers to understand their needs, workflows, and preferences, ensuring strong relationships and sales supportCollaborate closely with Fiery Technical Sales Specialists, Account Managers, and Sales Directors to achieve revenue goalsProvide accurate and timely forecasts and territory reports to Fiery managementEducational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldExperience5-10 years of sales / marketing experience in print, imaging industrySkillsProven ability to manage and grow major accounts across multiple locationsDemonstrated success in exceeding quotas within dealer, partner, or distributor-driven sales modelsStrong technical expertise with the ability to understand and demonstrate Fiery solutions effectivelyDeep knowledge of the digital print industry, including workflows and color managementProficiency in indirect sales approaches, including work with dealers, distributors, and partnersExcellent relationship-building skills and long-term client nurturing capabilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindsetSelf-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervisionProficient with Windows and macOS, including Adobe Creative SuiteMust reside within the designated MEA / Turkey territoryWhat’s in it for you?Join a global leader in digital front ends and speciality production workflowsBe part of a passionate, high-performance marketing team with room for creativity, ownership, and impactCollaborate with industry pioneers, global partners, and a growing customer base who rely on Fiery to power their businessesEnjoy flexible, hybrid work while leading global initiatives with real business outcomesEqual Opportunity & Disability Accessibility StatementFiery is an Equal Opportunity employer.
