This role will inherit an established team of 2 SDRs in the UK and be responsible for building and managing a new US-based team of 2 to 3 SDRs, with room to grow the team.</p><p>This is a fully remote role based on the US Eastern Time Zone. Your success will be measured by team performance, pipeline impact, talent development, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a people-first SDR leader who thrives in coaching, building repeatable outbound motion, and partnering cross-functionally to drive pipeline at scale.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><h3>Team Leadership&Development</h3><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a distributed SDR team across the UK and the US</li><li>Create clear performance expectations, career paths, and development plans</li><li>Foster a high-trust, high-accountability culture in a fully remote environment</li></ul><h3>Hiring&Team Growth</h3><ul><li>Hire and onboard 2 to 3 US-based SDRs (to start, with room to grow), building a strong and diverse team</li><li>Partner with Talent and Sales leadership to ensure consistent hiring quality</li><li>Design onboarding that ramps reps quickly and sets them up for long-term success</li></ul><h3>Outbound Strategy&Execution</h3><ul><li>Own the SDR pipeline motion, ensuring consistent, high-quality pipeline generation</li><li>Build and refine outbound processes, messaging, and cadences</li><li>Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve conversion and efficiency</li></ul><h3>Operational Excellence</h3><ul><li>Define and track key SDR metrics across activity, pipeline, and conversion</li><li>Use data to diagnose performance gaps and drive improvement</li><li>Ensure consistent execution across regions while allowing for local nuance</li></ul><h3>Tech Stack&Enablement</h3><ul><li>Own SDR tooling and workflows (e.g., Apollo, Nooks, Gong, SFDC)</li><li>Partner with RevOps to ensure systems, reporting, and automation scale with the team</li><li>Enable reps with playbooks, talk tracks, and best practices</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Partnership</h3><ul><li>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align on ICP, targeting, and campaigns</li><li>Provide feedback loops on lead quality, messaging performance, and market insights</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as an SDR Manager or SDR Team Lead managing multiple reps</li><li>Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing SDRs</li><li>Experience hiring and scaling SDR teams, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment</li><li>Deep familiarity with modern outbound and sales engagement tools<ul><li>AI/LMS proficiency and willingness to experiment and automate.</li></ul></li><li>Comfortable leading remote, distributed teams across time zones</li><li>Highly organized, data-driven, and process-oriented</li><li>Clear, confident communicator who builds credibility with reps and stakeholders</li><li>Pragmatic, adaptable, and energized by building scalable systems—not heroics</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; motivating presence in both prospect-facing and internal contexts.</li><li>Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and energized by building something new.</li><li>Must be located in the Eastern time zone of the US.</li></ul><h3>Why This Role</h3><ul><li>No personal quota — focus fully on leadership, coaching, and impact</li><li>Opportun
