This role will inherit an established team of 2 SDRs in the UK and be responsible for building and managing a new US-based team of 2 to 3 SDRs, with room to grow the team.This is a fully remote role based on the US Eastern Time Zone. Your success will be measured by team performance, pipeline impact, talent development, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a people-first SDR leader who thrives in coaching, building repeatable outbound motion, and partnering cross-functionally to drive pipeline at scale.What You’ll DoTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a distributed SDR team across the UK and the USCreate clear performance expectations, career paths, and development plansFoster a high-trust, high-accountability culture in a fully remote environmentHiring & Team GrowthHire and onboard 2 to 3 US-based SDRs (to start, with room to grow), building a strong and diverse teamPartner with Talent and Sales leadership to ensure consistent hiring qualityDesign onboarding that ramps reps quickly and sets them up for long-term successOutbound Strategy & ExecutionOwn the SDR pipeline motion, ensuring consistent, high-quality pipeline generationBuild and refine outbound processes, messaging, and cadencesContinuously test, learn, and iterate to improve conversion and efficiencyOperational ExcellenceDefine and track key SDR metrics across activity, pipeline, and conversionUse data to diagnose performance gaps and drive improvementEnsure consistent execution across regions while allowing for local nuanceTech Stack & EnablementOwn SDR tooling and workflows (e.g., Apollo, Nooks, Gong, SFDC)Partner with RevOps to ensure systems, reporting, and automation scale with the teamEnable reps with playbooks, talk tracks, and best practicesCross-Functional PartnershipWork closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align on ICP, targeting, and campaignsProvide feedback loops on lead quality, messaging performance, and market insightsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as an SDR Manager or SDR Team Lead managing multiple repsStrong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing SDRsExperience hiring and scaling SDR teams, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environmentDeep familiarity with modern outbound and sales engagement toolsAI/LMS proficiency and willingness to experiment and automate.Comfortable leading remote, distributed teams across time zonesHighly organized, data-driven, and process-orientedClear, confident communicator who builds credibility with reps and stakeholdersPragmatic, adaptable, and energized by building scalable systems—not heroicsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; motivating presence in both prospect-facing and internal contexts.Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and energized by building something new.Must be located in the Eastern time zone of the US.Why This RoleNo personal quota — focus fully on leadership, coaching, and impactOpportunity to shape a global SDR org at a critical stage of transformationHigh visibility and partnership with Sales and GTM leadershipModern sales stack and openness to experimentationFully remote role with real ownership and autonomyJoin our team at Go1 and be at the forefront of building a world-class sales development engine.
