As we continue to grow, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our journey of success.</p><p><b>Location</b>: Riyadh – Project based</p><p><b>Type</b>: Full-time</p><p>The<b>Sales Designer</b>is a front‑facing design consultant responsible for transforming client requirements into executable design concepts that drive sales conversion.</p><p>This role blends design consultation, spatial planning, and commercial awareness to enhance customer experience, increase average ticket size, and strengthen Abyat’s brand credibility.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><h3>Client Consultation&Design Development</h3><ul><li>Receive and manage design briefs from walk‑in or referred clients</li><li>Conduct detailed requirement gathering (space, budget, lifestyle, preferences)</li><li>Develop initial layout concepts and space planning solutions</li><li>Recommend materials, finishes, furniture, and complementary products</li><li>Present concepts confidently and professionally.</li><li>Drive design proposals toward commercial closure</li><li>Upsell relevant products and design upgrades</li><li>Follow up with clients to secure approvals</li><li>Achieve individual and team sales targets</li><li>Increase average transaction value</li></ul><h3>Contribution&Technical Alignment</h3><ul><li>Transfer approved concepts to Draftsman Designer for technical drawings</li><li>Ensure drawings reflect original design intent</li><li>Coordinate revisions between client and technical team</li><li>Support Senior Designer in complex or VIP projects</li></ul><h3>Customer Experience&Brand Representation</h3><ul><li>Maintain high presentation standards</li><li>Represent Abyat as a trusted design partner</li><li>Build long‑term client relationships and referrals</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Proven sales closing experience</li><li>Strong communication and persuasion skills</li><li>Basic proficiency in SketchUp / AutoCAD</li><li>Good understanding of materials, fabrics, finishes</li><li>Strong aesthetic sense and spatial awareness</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture</li></ul><p>Apply now and take the first step towards an exciting career with<b>ABYAT</b>!</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
