Job Description As a Sales Data Quality Analyst at AVEVA, your role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales deal data, which significantly impacts business decisions and financial outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate, maintain, and enhance the quality of sales data, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct thorough data profiling and analysis to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and outliers in sales deal data. - Execute comprehensive data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical data elements like conversion rates, new/renewal splits, and deal spans. - Develop and implement data cleansing and standardization processes for consistency and accuracy across sales deal data. - Validate the classification of new logos and account segments to align with organizational criteria and strategies. - Review closed lost renewal deals to prevent discrepancies and ensure alignment with new business opportunities. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of SPIF attributes and flags associated with sales deals. - Perform validation checks on opportunity close dates and start dates for timely renewal validation. - Conduct root cause analysis on data quality issues and implement preventive measures. - Maintain documentation of data quality rules, processes, and issues. - Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to address data quality issues and align with business objectives. In addition to the key responsibilities, it is considered good to have knowledge of SaaS products, different pricing models, sales strategies like Cross Sell, Upsell, Down sell, and experience with inventory management data. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field. - 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, sales operations, or related roles. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools. - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems. - Basic understanding of sales processes and deal structures. - Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
