In addition, respond to online customersregular enquiries and report the activities to the branch manager.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting the sales team and preparing thenecessary sales documents.Work out pricing with the sales team and submitquotation on time to the customers and is responsible for preparing the quotationsArrange necessary documents to submitted along withthe quotationsAble to negotiate with the clients satisfactorily& reply to the queriesEfficiently respond to online telephone calls andreport to the branch managers.Responsible to follow up payments with thecustomers in coordination with the sales team.Coordinate with the sales team and the warehousefor on time delivery to the customer.Ability to manage the paperwork effectively.Skilled in Microsoft office and company softwareand ability to reply by e-mails to the routine customer enquiriesCarry out other assignments as directed by thebranch managerPerform any other relatedfunction as directed.Minimum QualificationsSkillsExperience of dealing with customersenquiriesENGLISH – Intermediate level required in speaking, reading and writing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
