Sales Coordinator ( Services and Spares )

Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator Service and Spares to support the service and spare parts sales operations. The role involves coordinating with customers, internal service teams, and vendors to ensure timely processing of service requests and spare parts orders while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for receiving and processing inquiries related to machine service requirements and spare parts. This includes preparing quotations, following up with customers for order confirmation, and ensuring smooth coordination with the service and logistics teams for timely delivery. The role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, spare parts inventory requirements, and service schedules. The candidate will assist the sales and service teams in managing order documentation, tracking order status, and ensuring proper communication between departments. Coordination with procurement and warehouse teams will also be required to monitor spare parts availability and dispatch timelines. The role also involves supporting service engineers by arranging spare parts, preparing job-related documentation, and ensuring efficient service execution. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on order progress, service schedules, and delivery timelines. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling service coordination or spare parts sales within an industrial or machinery environment and demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills.
