We are currently looking for an experienced and well‑organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales goal is to facilitate the teams activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long‑lasting development of the company.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant informationEnsure the adequacy of sales‑related equipment or materialUse AI‑based tools (e.g. HubSpot, ChatGPT, Apollo, Notion, etc.) to automate follow‑ups, manage tasks and generate contentRespond to complaints from customers and give after‑sales support when requestedStore and sort financial and non‑financial data in electronic form and present reportsHandle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelinessInform clients of unforeseen delays or problemsMonitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvementsAssist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or eventsEnsure adherence to laws and policiesMonitor proposal success rate and client feedback to improve pitch qualityRequired Experience:IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
