At Carrier diversity and inclusion drive innovation and growth and our exceptional people put the customer at the center of everything we do.Role OverviewThe Coordinator Inside Sales will play a key role in supporting Carrier UAEs sales operations by managing quotations sales orders invoicing customer documentation and coordination with logistics. This role ensures operational excellence accurate order processing and timely delivery contributing to overall customer satisfaction and business growth.Role ResponsibilitiesSales Order & Quotation ManagementPrepare and update quotations based on engineer input ensuring accuracy.Accurately enter and maintain sales orders in the system aligning with approved costing sheets and customer POs.Respond promptly and professionally to all email inquiries regarding fan coil units.Generate Proforma and standard invoices with correct payment terms.Customer & Documentation ManagementProcess customer ID creation with correct and updated documentation.Request and update customer documents including valid trade licenses.Prepare Warranty Certificates according to company policy and provisions available in sales orders.Handle startup requests sent by SE in line with provisions.Process Part Creation requests ensuring correct data entry and documentation.Generate DPR (Advance Tax Invoice) accurately and timely.Prepare LC documents as per terms and conditions ensuring timely submission to customers.Follow up for signed documents and submit to finance once received.Coordination & Operational SupportGenerate OBDs in coordination with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.Raise manual PRs for FAHU assembly and on-site coating.Arrange and obtain factory visit approvals in compliance with company policies.Process credit refunds with proper approvals.Support monthly closing by ensuring all orders invoices and deliveries are recorded and updated.Process CAM approvals for PO delinking Part Creation refunds startup requests and customer ID creation.Create GR for assembly and on-site coating orders.Place advance orders for chillers.Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.Additional certifications in ERP systems are a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.Previous internship or project experience is advantageous.What We OfferExposure to international working practices and regional markets.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.Employee Assistance Programme supporting personal and professional wellbeing.Your Journey with UsInitial call with Talent Acquisition team.Interview with the Hiring Manager.Our Commitment to YouAt Carrier our greatest assets are the expertise creativity and passion of our employees.
