The role requires daily calls and meetings in the market and a consultative approach to assist clients in making informed decisions that drive exceptional results.As a Sales Consultant you will play a pivotal part in the growth of the organization by selling property units, understanding client requirements, providing demonstrations, and ensuring successful deal closures.In this role you will:Property SalesSale of residential and commercial property from company inventoryConduct property showings, provide information and negotiate offers on behalf of clientsEngage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferencesOffer professional advice and guidance on property buying, selling, and investment opportunitiesLead GenerationGenerate and follow up on leads to expand the client baseDevelop and maintain a strong professional network to foster business opportunitiesMarket AnalysisStay well-informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offeringsProvide clients with accurate and up-to-date market informationManaging Client RelationshipsEnsure that clients are well-informed about relevant property units, including their features, benefits, and pricingBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyaltyMaintain regular contact with clients to stay updated on evolving changes in their property requirements and provide ongoing supportDemonstration and Site VisitsConduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investmentDeal ClosureFacilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completedRequirementsEducational QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperienceExperience with sales in the internet advertising industryBasic understanding of how to operate on CRMStrong understanding of the industry trends and the competitive landscapeSkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions over video conference or in-person to prospectsExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the client's agenda, structure their needs, and propose the appropriate solutionAbility to work comfortably with ambiguity and grow in a team environmentAbility to be proactive, organized, responsible, and work well with a teamBenefitsA fast paced, high performing teamCompetitive base salary plus commission, offering top performers the ability to significantly increase their incomeRewards & RecognitionsLearning & DevelopmentBayut is an equal-opportunity employer.
