Sales Consultant - Dubai (Furniture Retail Background)

The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales by delivering an excellent customer experience, understanding client requirements and providing tailored furniture and interior solutions. The role requires strong sales ability, product knowledge and relationship‑building skills to consistently achieve sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist walk‑in customers and understand their needs and preferences.Promote and sell furniture, home décor and interior solutions in line with brand standards.Provide professional advice on product selection, layouts, finishes and customization options.Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals and close sales effectively.Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and repeat customers.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.Achieve individual sales targets and performance KPIs.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.Ensure showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained.Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and market trends.RequirementsProven experience as a Sales Consultant preferably in furniture interiors luxury retail or real estate.Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for sales and design.Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Willing to work in Dubai.#J-18808-Ljbffr
