Job Description

<div><p>Responsible for driving<b>sales and collections performance</b>within assigned healthcare accounts across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)). The role focuses on ensuring<b>target achievement, timely collection of receivables, maintaining strong customer relationships</b>, and supporting overall account performance.</p><p>The position requires strong<b>field execution, follow-up discipline, and accountability</b>, with a clear focus on both<b>revenue generation and cash collection</b>.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Promote and sell the company’s portfolio across assigned<b>hospitals, pharmacy chains, and institutional accounts</b></li><li>Maintain regular visits to customers to ensure<b>strong coverage and relationship management</b></li><li>Achieve assigned<b>sales targets</b>within the territory</li><li>Ensure<b>timely follow-up on outstanding payments</b>and support the full collection cycle</li><li>Coordinate closely with<b>finance teams</b>to resolve collection-related issues</li><li>Track and update<b>account receivables and payment status</b>on a regular basis</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with<b>purchasers, pharmacists, and decision-makers</b></li><li>Monitor<b>sales performance, stock movement, and customer needs</b>to support growth</li><li>Identify opportunities to<b>increase product penetration within existing accounts</b></li><li>Ensure adherence to<b>agreed payment terms and contracts</b></li><li>Report on<b>sales activities, collections, and market feedback</b>accurately and consistently</li><li>Escalate any<b>delays in payment or account issues</b>in a timely manner</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>3–7 years of experience as a<b>Sales Officer&</b></li><li>Experience handling<b>institutional accounts and collections follow-up</b></li><li>Strong network within the<b>Riyadh Region (KSA preferred)</b></li><li>Proven ability to manage<b>sales targets and receivables simultaneously</b></li><li>Strong<b>negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills</b></li><li>High level of<b>accountability and field discipline</b></li><li>Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
