OverviewSales Coach — Dubai — Full Time — PermanentWe make health happenResponsibilitiesSupport advisors to meet and exceed their sales and retention targets within compliance and relevant legislation.Conduct one on one soft skills and sales coaching for team members to support continual knowledge, sales skills and the ability to provide an outstanding experience to customers.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and processes related to handling customer complaints and the fair treatment of customers through coaching.Maintain a high level of knowledge of procedures, products and systems, acting as the most knowledgeable person in the team.Handle escalated customer calls and emails.Be a role model in the department for outstanding service and demonstrate excellence in behaviours relating to Bupa values.Deliver huddle updates relating to any process, system or quality updates.Key Skills / QualificationsDemonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bupa insurance products and sales systems and procedures.Excellent sales and coaching skills; strong interpersonal and communication abilities with emphasis on developing people to achieve outcomes.Experience in supporting and coaching colleagues in a coaching environment (informal or formal).Ability to model excellent customer service and performance against department KPIs; role models Bupa values.Ability to inspire and create enthusiasm, energy and cooperation to achieve objectives.Why BupaWe are a health insurer and provider.
