Job Description As a Sales Coordinator at SolidEdge Industries, your role will involve supporting sales activities, managing order processing, and maintaining effective communication with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in managing schedules and creating/reviewing sales orders. - Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and clients. - Coordinate and manage customer orders to ensure timely processing and delivery. - Maintain accurate sales records and manage customer data in CRM systems. - Analyze sales data to track and report on sales performance and identify trends. - Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective problem resolution. - Support the sales team in lead generation activities and follow-ups. Qualifications Required: - Sales Support (Mandatory skill) - Order Processing (Mandatory skill) - Communication Skills (Mandatory skill) - Customer Relationship Management: effectively managing and nurturing customer relationships. - Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing sales data to drive informed decisions. - Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently. - Time Management: Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively. - Lead Generation: Capable of identifying and generating new business leads.
