Position OverviewStudio7 Design Solutions is seeking a results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to support the company’s growth strategy. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing design and fit-out projects in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, industry awareness, and the ability to represent a premium design brand in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the architecture and interior design sectorBuild and maintain relationships with developers, corporate clients, consultants, and contractorsGenerate qualified leads and convert them into secured projectsConduct client meetings and presentations to introduce company servicesPrepare proposals in coordination with the design and technical teamsFollow up on submitted proposals and negotiate commercial termsMaintain an updated pipeline and sales reportingSupport marketing initiatives and networking events to increase brand visibilityAchieve agreed sales targets and performance KPIsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in design, construction, or fit‑out industry is a must)Strong understanding of the local Riyadh marketProven track record in securing projects or meeting sales targetsStrong negotiation and presentation skillsProfessional communication skills in English & ArabicProficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience is a plus)CompetenciesProfessional appearance and strong presentation skillsStrategic thinking and commercial awarenessStrong relationship‑building abilityConfidence in client‑facing environmentsOrganized and target‑orientedHigh level of professionalism and accountability#J-18808-Ljbffr
