<div><p><b>Sales&Business Development Manager – ServiceNow</b></p><p><b>Dubai</b></p><p>We’re working with an established consultancy in the Middle East that is building out ServiceNow practice throughout the Middle East. They are looking to bring in a high-impact<b>Sales&Business Development Manager</b>.</p><p>This is a<b>quota-carrying, revenue-generating</b>role with a clear focus on selling<b>ServiceNow professional services</b>across consulting, implementation, and managed services.</p><h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Owning the<b>full sales cycle</b>– from pipeline creation through to deal closure</li><li>Selling across ServiceNow workflows (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC)</li><li>Converting opportunities into<b>signed SOWs and long-term engagements</b></li><li>Building and expanding<b>enterprise-level client relationships</b></li><li>Driving<b>account growth</b>through additional workflows and services</li><li>Working closely with<b>solution architects&delivery teams</b>to shape deals</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li><b>7+ years B2B sales experience</b>, including<b>ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms</b></li><li>Experience selling into<b>enterprise environments&complex buying cycles</b></li><li>A true<b>hunter mentality</b>– comfortable building pipeline from scratch</li></ul><h3>Why This Role?</h3><ul><li>Join a business at a<b>critical growth stage in the Middle East</b></li><li>High ownership with the ability to<b>shape the sales function</b></li><li>Opportunity to build<b>long-term strategic accounts</b>, not just transactional deals</li><li>Work closely with leadership in a<b>fast-moving, high-demand market</b></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
