Newland Oiltools is an engineering- and manufacturing-driven oilfield equipment company, specializing in casing accessories and cementing-related products with over twenty years of industry proven experience. We support international oilfield service companies and selected international oil companies, with a strong focus on well integrity, quality consistency, and long-term reliability.As our business continues to grow in international markets, we have established our U.S. presence in Houston and UAE presence in Dubai, working closely with major oilfield service companies on technical engagement, supplier qualification, and project-based cooperation.We are now looking for experienced professionals with industry background and established relationships to join our business development efforts focused on oilfield service companies.2. Position OverviewThis is not a traditional sales role.The position is focused on long-term relationship building, system-based market development, and technical communication.Key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining relationships with international oilfield service companiesSupporting supplier qualification, technical discussions, and project advancementActing as a bridge between customer teams and Newland’s engineering and manufacturing organizationPromoting focused applications related to casing accessories and well integrity3. Ideal BackgroundCandidates may have some or all of the following experience:Previous experience with international oilfield service companies, or direct business exposure to Halliburton, SLB, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, or similar organizationsFamiliarity with casing accessories, cementing equipment, or well integrity-related productsAn established professional network within oilfield service or operator organizationsAbility to engage effectively with engineering, procurement, supply chain, and management stakeholdersBased in Houston or Dubai, or able to work flexibly between key regions such as the Americas and Middle East4.
