About the job Sales & Business Development ExecutiveJob Title: Sales and Business Development ExecutiveJob Type: PermanentJob Location: Abu DhabiJob Description: About the JobWe are urgently looking for Sales and Business Development Executive for Digital Marketing, Recruitment and Health Care business units.ResponsibilitiesProactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects through detailed market research.Work closely with Senior Management to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth.Work independently with minimal supervision.Open business development dialog with strategic customers, targeting both government and semi-government entities.Financial planning, marketing, strategy development, and implementation.Identify and attend trade shows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, find potential new businesses, and market the company\'s end-to-end solutions.Networking, presenting, and public speaking.QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or in any discipline with 3-5 years of sales/business development experience (healthcare, manpower recruitment, digital marketing).Strong Proposal writing skills with Experience in preparing Bids, RFT/RFPs.UAE market knowledge.Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.Possess professional presentation skills.Must possess progressive sales management experience and a demonstrated record of sales growth.Ability to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross-functionally to support sales efforts.Bring an entrepreneurial approach to all initiatives.Market research experience.Proven ability to work independently.Experience in managing a team.Immediately available and can be relocated to Abu Dhabi.SkillsBusiness DevelopmentGood CommunicationFamiliar with CRMCustomer relationship management#J-18808-Ljbffr
