Leading Sports retail brand are rapidly expanding and are seeking and targeting experienced sales personnel who have passion for fashion, and salesResponsibilitiesMeeting and greeting visitors.Contribute to creating an ambiance appropriate to the prestige image of the store.Assist customers and prospects with merchandise selection and purchase decision.Maximise sales by advising customers on further purchases i.e.; complimentary outfits, accessories etc. Maximise sales by developing effective client database and developing professional relationships. Ensure the upkeep of staff client databases.Assist in visual merchandising of the store.Ensure security procedures for merchandise are observed at all stages in the sale process, i.e.; changing room, POS etc.Observe store procedures and guidelines for merchandise display and storage.Provide support and direction to less experienced members of staff.Conduct store orientation for new employees.Ensure store procedures are observed by all staff in absence of store supervisor.Provide feedback and make recommendations to store supervisor in sales, merchandise, stockroom and customer issues.Assist in composing weekly staffing schedule.Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and training.Carry out tasks and assignments as directed by line manager.QualificationsDegree or significant experience in related fieldMinimum 1 years experience in Retail in the Middle East.
