<div><p>To deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Tissot’s premium standards, achieving sales targets and representing the brand with professionalism, product expertise, and enthusiasm.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Welcome and engage customers with a professional, friendly approach, offering personalized assistance and watch expertise.</li><li>Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.</li><li>Demonstrate deep product knowledge, brand history, and key selling points for all Tissot collections.</li><li>Assist customers in identifying products that match their needs and preferences, offering relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities.</li><li>Ensure the boutique is always clean, organized, and visually aligned with Tissot’s global merchandising standards.</li><li>Handle POS transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling and sales documentation.</li><li>Support stock management, product replenishment, and inventory control activities.</li><li>Provide after-sales assistance and follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>2–4 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury watches or fashion brands.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.</li><li>Strong sales ability and enthusiasm for achieving targets.</li><li>Team player with a professional appearance and demeanor.</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
