As a Sales Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and helping us achieve our business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the sales team in prospecting and generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking and social media.Act as the first point of contact for potential clients and provide them with information about our services.Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the sales team.Prepare and send sales proposals and contracts to clients.Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.Provide administrative support to the sales team including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and preparing reports.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Knowledge of the freelance industry is a plus.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
