The right candidate needs to be German speaking.What you’ll do:Technical coordination / control of customer inquiry, from the receipt of the inquiry by the customerProviding information for customer to the delivery of the order enquiries about delivery times and technologyFor customer‑specific requests, development of constructive solutions together with the relevant specialist departments (project planning, marketing, sales field service, finance)Specialist advice on emergency lighting (technology, regulations) for customers and plannersCreation of project‑specific tender texts.Creation of EL planning as support for the sales department, including light calculation for projects using specialised software (Dialux)Creation of design documentation using specialised software (ESPlan / Bidmanager).Supporting the field sales team in developing emergency lighting solutions and providing technical advice to customers and planners.Entering project data in the CRM sales information systemQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering / Engineering Technology, or a related field3+ years of professional experience in electrical installation and salesSkills:Strong electrical engineering backgroundFamiliar with electrical design tools and softwareCustomer focusedProblem solvingCollaborative behaviourFluent speaking and writing in English and GermanGood communicator and strong presentation skillsSelf‑motivated and takes ownership on resultsWhat we offer you:Being part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industryWork in a company that is commitment to Inclusion & Diversity and SustainabilityAnnual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition systemOngoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
