This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who can independently manage high-ticket sales cycles, close strategic brand partnerships, and build the sponsorship function from the ground up in a fast-moving startup environment. You'll work closely with the founders as part of a lean core team and play a critical role in shaping Pupilar's commercial growth.What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end sales and sponsorship lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closureSecure high-ticket sponsorships and strategic brand partnershipsRepresent Pupilar professionally to senior stakeholders, brands, and partnersBuild, manage, and nurture long‑term relationships within the UAE ecosystemActively attend networking events and industry activations to generate and convert leadsDesign and implement sponsorship sales pipelines, processes, and systemsTake full ownership of revenue targets and sponsorship deliveryOperate independently with a strong execution mindset, without reliance on constant directionCollaborate closely with a small leadership team and take on significant responsibilityWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2-3 years of experience in event sales, sponsorships, or high-ticket B2B salesProven ability to close high-value deals and negotiate with senior decision-makersStrong presentation, communication, and persuasive skillsExcellent command of English; Arabic is a strong advantageComfortable working in startup environments with rapid change and ambiguityConfident, resilient, and proactive in lead generation and follow‑upUnderstands the balance between consultative selling and relationship‑driven partnershipsHighly driven, persistent, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver resultsStrong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to initiate and execute independentlyPassionate about delivery, accountability, and measurable outcomesWilling to build and evolve the sponsorship sales system alongside leadershipValid driving license and own vehicle requiredMust hold own visa (employment, family, or residence visa)Nice to HaveExisting network within the UAE events, corporate, or brand ecosystemExperience working with lean teams or early‑stage organizations#J-18808-Ljbffr
