ResponsibilitiesDrive sales performance across Retail Products, ensuring achievement and delivery of PE on NTB, Revolving & BorrowingSupport branch manager in planning, executing and tracking sales strategies to deliver the branch’s planLead and coach the team on pipeline management, activity planning & conversionActively monitor sales productivity, taking timely actions to enhance performance, where neededEnsure consistent sales cadence, quality conversations & performance management through regular reviewsSupport delivery of customer centric sales while balancing revenue growth, operational efficiency & cost controlAssist the Branch Manager to plan, direct, control sales & services, specifically, to lead RBWM teams and exceed targets set for the segmentsEnsure excellent quality service is provided and cross sell opportunities are maximized while maintaining the required controlsSupport the Branch Manager in the delivery of customer driven service & sales, efficiency of service capability, operational quality and control of costs to meet the branch planDeliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial marketsQualificationsGraduation degree is required – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.Previous experience in a significant operations/retail banking role.Time management and the ability to meet deadlines are valued attributes.Effective people management and interpersonal skills are essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
