Sales and Service Manager

<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Drive sales performance across Retail Products, ensuring achievement and delivery of PE on NTB, Revolving&Borrowing</li><li>Support branch manager in planning, executing and tracking sales strategies to deliver the branch’s plan</li><li>Lead and coach the team on pipeline management, activity planning&conversion</li><li>Actively monitor sales productivity, taking timely actions to enhance performance, where needed</li><li>Ensure consistent sales cadence, quality conversations&performance management through regular reviews</li><li>Support delivery of customer centric sales while balancing revenue growth, operational efficiency&cost control</li><li>Assist the Branch Manager to plan, direct, control sales&services, specifically, to lead RBWM teams and exceed targets set for the segments</li><li>Ensure excellent quality service is provided and cross sell opportunities are maximized while maintaining the required controls</li><li>Support the Branch Manager in the delivery of customer driven service&sales, efficiency of service capability, operational quality and control of costs to meet the branch plan</li><li>Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Graduation degree is required – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.</li><li>Previous experience in a significant operations/retail banking role.</li><li>Time management and the ability to meet deadlines are valued attributes.</li><li>Effective people management and interpersonal skills are essential.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
