Sales and Marketing Specialist

A multinational company based in Dubai is currently recruiting a sales and marketing specialist having 3-5 years of experience marketing related activities. This role reports to the sales manager.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales and marketing team in executing day-to-day activities.Communicate with local and international clients and partners via e-mail, phone, and meetings.Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and reports.Help manage and grow relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities.Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.Translate documents and communicate between Japanese and English, where needed.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required.Coordinate logistics and documentation related to international trade.Language SkillsFluent English and Japanese is essential.EducationBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or international business. Certification or additional training in international trade or marketing is a plus.Two to three years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.Experience in trading companies, logistics, or multinational environments is preferred but not mandatory.Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of trade documentation.Soft SkillsStrong verbal and written communication in both English and Japanese.Culturally sensitive and able to work in an international team.Good organization and time management skills.Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.Professional demeanor and customer‑centric mindset.Available to occasionally travel within the UAE or overseas.#J-18808-Ljbffr
