Sales and Marketing Specialist

<div><p>A multinational company based in Dubai is currently recruiting a sales and marketing specialist having 3-5 years of experience marketing related activities. This role reports to the sales manager.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the sales and marketing team in executing day-to-day activities.</li><li>Communicate with local and international clients and partners via e-mail, phone, and meetings.</li><li>Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and reports.</li><li>Help manage and grow relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities.</li><li>Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.</li><li>Translate documents and communicate between Japanese and English, where needed.</li><li>Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required.</li><li>Coordinate logistics and documentation related to international trade.</li></ul><h3>Language Skills</h3><p>Fluent English and Japanese is essential.</p><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or international business. Certification or additional training in international trade or marketing is a plus.</li><li>Two to three years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.</li><li>Experience in trading companies, logistics, or multinational environments is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of trade documentation.</li></ul><h3>Soft Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Japanese.</li><li>Culturally sensitive and able to work in an international team.</li><li>Good organization and time management skills.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.</li><li>Professional demeanor and customer‑centric mindset.</li><li>Available to occasionally travel within the UAE or overseas.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
