Sales and Customer Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Responsible for client outreach showcase our creative work and securing new projects/ opportunities for the company.Respond promptly to client inquiries provide detailed product/service information create and send price quotations and manage order processing from start to finish.Gather client requirements communicate specifications to studio staff and follow up during production and after delivery to ensure satisfaction.Maintain an up-to‑date customer database record all communications and nurture relationships for repeat business and referrals.Represent the studio at trade shows, exhibitions or presentations; gather client feedback and build key accounts.Track sales performance metrics and collaborate with the operation team to reach new audiences and improve offers.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant fieldArchitectural background is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.Experience in sales customer service or client relations preferred.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage follow‑ups effectively.Comfortable representing the company at events and engaging with diverse audiences#J-18808-Ljbffr
