Kinetichas partnered with a leadingPharmaceuticalcompany who are hiring aBusiness Development Managerto be based inDubai.The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:Drive local manufacturing initiatives across priority markets, coordinating commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing inputs.Track milestones, manage dependencies, and resolve execution delays.Identify country-specific portfolio gaps and translate them into structured opportunity briefs.Align briefs with central business development for evaluation and sourcing.Serve as the main interface between international markets and central business development, ensuring prioritization and pipeline alignment.Support early-stage coordination with manufacturers, out-licensing, and strategic partners, ensuring opportunities are execution-ready.SkillsTo be successful you will need to meet the following:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA/Master’s preferred).5–8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry with exposure to international markets (MENA, Africa, Emerging Markets).Experience in market expansion, partnerships, portfolio planning, manufacturing projects, and distributor/multi-country portfolios.Knowledge of pharmaceutical operating models, contract manufacturing, and technology transfer.Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and ability to evaluate opportunities for fit, viability, and complexity.Proven ability to collaborate across functions, manage stakeholders, and influence without formal authority.#J-18808-Ljbffr
