Job Description

Role OverviewAs a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business growth, increasing revenue, and managing key accounts. As part of our team in Qatar - Doha, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, focusing on developing relationships with large organizations and government entities. We seek a motivated, self-driven individual with exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English to expand our market presence and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, particularly with large organizations and government agencies.Prepare and present high-quality proposals, agreements, presentations, and reports that meet both client and organizational requirements.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities for business expansion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and exceed client expectations.Generate account management reports and maintain accurate sales records.Must Have RequirementsProven experience in sales, business development, or customer management, especially within large organizations and government clients.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.Demonstrated ability to generate new business and drive up revenue.Nice To Have RequirementsExperience with upselling and cross-selling services or products to existing clients.Experience preparing detailed proposals, agreements, presentations, and client reports.Track record of managing accounts and fostering long-term client relationships.Perks And BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.Engaging work environment as part of an innovative and dynamic team.Access to ongoing training and development programs.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
