For Home Appliances Limited.</p><h3>Sales Analyst (f/m/d)</h3><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide timely and accurate analytical insights to improve decision‑making quality and support commercial strategy.</li><li>Create and manage data flows (e.g., primary and secondary sales, product categories, geography) ensuring high data accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Develop regular management reports and dashboards (“cockpits”) aligned with sales department objectives.</li><li>Support the automation and optimization of sales processes with a strong focus on CRM development and enhancement.</li><li>Document and map business processes to improve operational efficiency and cross‑functional collaboration.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or similar).</li><li>Minimum 1/2 year of experience in a sales analyst, business analyst, or comparable analytical role.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.</li><li>Advanced Excel proficiency is a Must.</li><li>Experience working with CRM tools and an interest in process automation.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, structured working style, and ability to manage multiple data streams.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul><p>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
