The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and communicating with potential clients to understand their real estate needs, providing comprehensive property consultations, and facilitating the buying, selling, or renting process for luxury properties. Other duties include maintaining strong customer relationships, staying updated on market trends, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Agent will also engage in training programs to continually enhance industry knowledge and sales techniques.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand and address client needs effectively.Proficiency in Sales techniques with experience in closing deals and achieving targets in a competitive market.Experience in sales, including negotiations, lead generations and closing deals.Knowledge of real estate market and understanding of property transactions and regulations.Proactive attitude with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.Fluency in English, Arabic and other language is a plus.Result driven mindset and strong organizational and problem solving abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
