Job Description
<div><p>To drive sustainable portfolio growth by activating, acquiring, and converting eligible micro‑business customers into financed clients, while maintaining underwriting discipline, regulatory compliance, and strong customer relationships.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead Generation&Activation: Activate onboarded customers who have not yet applied; re‑activate previous borrowers to increase repeat financing; source new eligible micro‑businesses through field prospecting and structured data processing; build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with monthly targets.</li><li>Application&Deal Execution: Educate customers on products and eligibility criteria; collect and submit complete and accurate applications; coordinate with Credit and Operations to close deals within defined SLAs; maintain strong application‑to‑disbursement conversion ratios.</li><li>Portfolio Growth: Achieve monthly disbursement targets; contribute to repeat borrower growth; support sustainable portfolio quality through disciplined sourcing.</li><li>Customer Management: Build long‑term client relationships; ensure high customer satisfaction and professional engagement.</li><li>Compliance&Reporting: Adhere strictly to internal policies and regulatory standards; avoid mis‑selling and maintain audit‑ready documentation; update CRM accurately and submit weekly/monthly performance reports; track KPIs including disbursement volume, applications, conversion rate, and portfolio quality (in coordination with Risk).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience Education</h3><ul><li>Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>3–5 years of sales experience (must have experience in lending).</li><li>Experience dealing with micro business clients is highly preferred.</li><li>Understanding of lending or financial products is a must.</li></ul><h3>Skills&Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.</li><li>Target‑driven and performance‑oriented mindset.</li><li>Basic financial literacy (understanding margins, cash flow basics).</li><li>Ability to explain financing terms clearly.</li><li>CRM/system usage capability.</li><li>Strong communication skills (Arabic required, English preferred).</li></ul><h3>Behavioral Competencies</h3><ul><li>Ownership mindset.</li><li>Ethical selling behavior.</li><li>High energy and resilience.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast‑growing fintech environment.</li><li>Strong collaboration with Credit&Operations teams.</li></ul><h3>About Nayla Finance</h3><p>Nayla Finance is a fast‑growing Saudi fintech company on a mission to redefine financial inclusion.
