Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesActively sell company properties including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential).Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings.Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients.Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively.Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activities.Job RequirementsMinimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience.Valid UAE driving license.Fluency in the Arabic language (both verbal and written).Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications or SkillsStrong networking and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms.Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industry.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Detail-oriented with exceptional follow‑up and follow‑through skills.Proactive and self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactions.Effective communication with diverse clients and colleagues.Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE.Familiarity with CRM software.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Knowledge of Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al‑Quinian real estate market and regulations.Selling Points & Attractive AspectsDiverse portfolio of properties to offer to clients.Basic salary and competitive commission structure with performance‑based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Job Types: Full‑time Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
