OverviewDo you want to make a difference in people's lives? We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. As a Sales Agent at WUDUH, you will be responsible for closing qualified leads through phone-based sales conversations. This role focuses on the final stage of the sales process, requiring strong persuasion skills, confident objection handling, and the ability to drive commitments.Job ObjectivesThe Account Manager (Closer) is responsible for guiding clients through the debt settlement process, offering tailored financial solutions based on their financial situation. This role includes client qualification, explaining program options, handling objections, and finalizing enrollments. By fostering trust, clear communication, and maintaining compliance, the Account Manager plays a vital role in helping clients achieve financial stability through successful debt resolution solutions.Responsibilities and dutiesClient Consultation & QualificationReview clients’ financial situations to assess eligibility for loan alternatives or debt settlement.Conduct personal loan searches and determine qualification outcomes.Client Proposal & Program PitchingEducate clients on creditworthiness, explain loan denial reasons, and present debt settlement as a solution.Collect hardship details and tailor program proposals accordingly.Objection Handling & Overcoming BarriersAddress client concerns about costs, risks, legal implications, and the debt settlement process.Provide clear and confident explanations to convert leads to enrolled clients.Enrollment Process & DocumentationConfirm enrollment details, payment plans, and banking information.Ensure completion and accuracy of all required documentation.Outbound & Inbound CommunicationFollow up with leads and clients via outbound calls, SMS, and email.Respond promptly to inbound client inquiries and requests.Performance Monitoring & ComplianceTrack and maintain KPIs such as lead conversion rate, enrollment rate, objection handling success, and document accuracy.Ensure adherence to industry and company compliance standards.Core RequirementsEducation & Academic BackgroundBachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field. We value candidates who combine academic discipline with commercial drive.Proven Sales Milestones2–5 years of experience in a closing role with proven past performance (e.g., hitting revenue targets, top performer, or high conversion rate).Communication & Shift WorkNative-level fluency in English; able to build rapport with a US-based audience.US Shift Alignment: Ability to work US business hours (night shift) from our Dubai office.Pluses (Preferred Qualifications)US Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the US credit system or financial services is an advantage.Bilingual: Spanish language proficiency is highly valued.Competencies / Behavioral RequirementsStrong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for sales and helping clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong listening ability and objection handling skills.Technical RequirementsExperience with sales processes, CRM tools, and outbound sales communication.Ability to analyze client financial data and prepare tailored program proposals.Communication and InteractionReports to: Sales Team Lead.
